Jim Fox enlisted in 1991 as an 0311, Rifleman. He was served with Marine Corps Security Forces – Pax River, then with 2nd Battalion, 9th Marines and 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines of Camp Pendleton, CA.

Following his time in service, he returned to central Florida where he was hired by the financial firm Primerica/Citigroup, a Dow Jones 30 company. After eight years as their Regional Manager, Jim opened his own financial firm, Wadadli Financial Group, in 2006. He helped families develop financial plans to become debt free and financially independent. Jim assisted nearly six thousand clients in his seventeen years in the south east. It was an easy decision to ask Jim to serve as the Chief Financial Officer for the 03XX Foundation.

Jim attributes his business success to the ethics and commitment he learned as a Marine Rifleman. Our Members continue to benefit from his expertise, “It is among my personal missions to mentor other 03XX Veterans in achieving financial success and independence.”

In his personal life, Jim enjoys traveling with family, hunting, fishing and competing in International Defensive Pistol Association matches as a top-ranked shooter. He resides in Central Florida with Michelle, his wife of fifteen years, and their two young children Hunter and River.
